Jr. Engineer/ Engineer

• Spearhead site operations for large-scale infrastructure projects, overseeing civil, structural, and MEP activities to ensure seamless execution. • Drive construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved schedules, drawings, and specifications to meet project deadlines. • Foster collaborative relationships with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve site-level issues and maintain workflow efficiency. • Champion quality control, safety compliance, and environmental standards, conducting rigorous monitoring across all work zones. • Manage site records, daily reports, and material tracking logs with precision, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Architect and implement FIDIC-based contract requirements, assisting in site-level documentation management to mitigate risks. • Collaborate with project management and design teams to ensure timely project execution, providing technical clarity and expertise. • Lead high-performing site teams, coordinating meetings, workforce planning, and subcontractor management to optimize productivity. • Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting site productivity or safety, developing strategic solutions to minimize downtime. • Facilitate open communication with stakeholders, maintaining transparent and professional documentation to ensure project success. • Leverage expertise gained from a minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a strong preference for candidates with prior experience in building projects. • Apply knowledge and skills acquired from at least 3 years of experience in finishing projects (building) to drive project delivery and excellence.
