Education Development and Monitoring Coordinator (Secondary Grades)

* Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation framework to assess student learning outcomes across all schools, leveraging data to inform instruction and improve academic achievement. * Analyze and interpret complex student performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies to address these challenges. * Collaborate with Education Coordinators and Teachers to design and implement data-driven action plans that enhance student learning and close achievement gaps. * Architect curriculum development and revision efforts in partnership with the Education Supervisor and other stakeholders, ensuring that materials are aligned with evolving student needs and the NCTB curriculum. * Design and develop need-based teaching resources, including lesson plans, instructional tools, and assessment materials, that are inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive. * Deliver high-impact training and capacity-building programs for Education Coordinators and Teachers, focusing on instructional practices, classroom management, and assessment strategies that drive student success. * Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the pedagogical skills of the teaching staff, and monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives to inform future professional development efforts. * Foster a culture of collaboration and communication among Education Supervisors, Education Coordinators, and Teachers, promoting a shared commitment to student learning and achievement. * Lead efforts to promote a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly learning environment across all schools, ensuring that all educational practices and content adhere to JAAGO Foundation's Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct. * Embed gender-sensitive, inclusive approaches in all teaching and monitoring activities, promoting equity and excellence in education for all students. * Manage and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including Education Supervisors, Education Coordinators, and Teachers, to drive continuous improvement and achieve educational excellence.
