Key Responsibilities

* Drive the delivery of Psychological First Aid, Psychosocial Support, and GBV Case Management, adhering to a survivor-centred approach that prioritizes dignity, respect, and the rights of each survivor. * Lead the development of tailored support plans for GBV survivors, ensuring they are informed of all available options and receive emotional support throughout the process. * Manage GBV case management and follow-up, maintaining a "Do No Harm" policy and upholding international standards of GBV case management. * Architect referral services, ensuring seamless connections to health, mental health, MHPSS, legal, NFI, shelter, and other essential services. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government actors, NGOs, and frontline GBV service providers, to facilitate collaboration and coordination. * Develop and maintain a secure and confidential GBV data management system, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. * Facilitate outreach sessions and update referral pathways to ensure survivors receive comprehensive support. * Produce high-quality, timely reports, including weekly and monthly plans, GBVIMS data spreadsheets, and quantitative progress reports. * Collaborate with the Centre Manager – Health Facilities to ensure effective communication and coordination. * Drive the implementation of GBV data confidentiality and ethical data collection principles, upholding the rights and dignity of survivors. * Champion women's empowerment, child and women protection, and women's sexual rights, promoting a culture of respect and dignity within the organization.

Skills

Strong & clear understanding of human rights, gender equality, SGBVAbility to facilitate training sessions with people from different culturesStrong knowledge of different government structuresGood knowledge of using the internet & softwareEmotional IntelligenceStrong verbal and written communication skillsProject management skills

Education

  • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
  • Bachelor/Honors in Social Science, Psychology, or a combination of relevant education

Additional

  • 3/4 years of relevant experience in the direct provision of counselling and psychosocial support, and case management service to survivors of GBV, especially in camp context
  • Fluent in local language
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients
