Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by identifying and engaging high-potential clients, delivering exceptional service, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Architect and deliver compelling sales presentations and property showings, effectively communicating the company's value proposition and unique selling points. * Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, built on trust, respect, and open communication. * Lead market research and analysis efforts, staying up-to-date on local real estate market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities. * Manage and report on sales activities, challenges, and customer feedback to the Team Leader, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, ensuring seamless post-sales follow-up and support. * Champion a culture of integrity, transparency, and honesty, upholding the highest ethical standards in all interactions and embodying the company's commitment to trust and openness. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence, share best practices, and contribute to the company's vision of being a leading property developer in the industry.

Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Any Related fields
  • Masters
  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or in related fields
