Accounts & Finance Manager

* Spearhead the implementation of a robust accounting system, leveraging technology to digitize historical financial data and drive operational efficiency. * Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports, including monthly and annual statements, to inform business decisions and drive growth. * Drive financial transparency by categorizing and tracking expenses across multiple channels, including showroom, marketing, salary, and operations. * Manage and maintain accurate financial records using a range of tools, including Excel, QuickBooks, Tally, and Zoho. * Ensure seamless daily transaction processing, balancing, and reconciliation to maintain financial integrity. * Conduct regular bank and mobile financial service reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and compliance. * Architect and maintain a robust audit and compliance framework, ensuring adherence to VAT and tax regulations. * Lead, mentor, and train the finance team on best practices, processes, and procedures to promote a culture of financial excellence. * Design and implement a structured system for maintaining organized financial records and documentation, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information.
