Key Responsibilities

* Drive organizational growth by designing and delivering high-impact training programs that align with the institution's goals and objectives. * Architect innovative training methods and approaches that cater to the diverse needs of the organization and its employees. * Lead the evaluation of training effectiveness, leveraging expertise in training organization and processes to inform data-driven decisions. * Develop and implement comprehensive training plans, ensuring seamless execution and achievement of yearly targets. * Foster a culture of excellence by maintaining high standards in training and workshop delivery, with a deep understanding of health service delivery in Bangladesh. * Manage training documentation, including the creation of modules and monthly reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with others
  • Strategic and creative thinker
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of instructional methodologies, progression theory, learning evaluation models, and various delivery methods
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint
