* Spearhead commercial operations, ensuring seamless alignment with company policies and objectives. * Collaborate with the department head to architect strategic plans, organize workflows, and oversee departmental activities. * Foster strong relationships with external partners, including banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, to facilitate timely document processing and shipment execution. * Drive the import and export process, securing necessary permits, and managing formalities to meet in-house and shipment deadlines. * Orchestrate supplier and internal department coordination to guarantee on-time delivery and compliance with import/export regulations. * Leverage expertise in HS code, the Customs Act, and Bond formalities to inform commercial operations and ensure regulatory adherence. * Develop and submit yearly import and export customs statements for bond audits, maintaining meticulous records and customs bond registers. * Cultivate and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to promptly resolve operational issues and optimize commercial performance. * Analyze data, prepare reports, and develop documentation to support management decision-making and review. * Embrace a flexible approach, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the line manager or management to drive business growth and excellence.
