Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead HR operations, driving day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives that foster a high-performing organization. * Architect and execute manpower planning, recruitment, and hiring processes, ensuring seamless talent acquisition and onboarding. * Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR policies, manuals, and employee records, ensuring compliance and data integrity. * Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee queries, resolving HR issues, and promoting a culture of transparency and open communication. * Design and develop job roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures that align with business objectives and departmental goals. * Drive policy implementation, ensuring adherence to company standards, labor regulations, and industry best practices. * Lead the development and execution of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives that enhance skills and knowledge. * Manage performance appraisal processes, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees to drive growth and improvement. * Oversee HR administration, including attendance tracking, payroll management, and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Collaborate with management to review and refine existing policies, creating new ones that align with organizational strategy, HR vision, and industry trends. * Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and public services, ensuring compliance and effective communication. * Ensure a safe, healthy, and inclusive work environment, promoting employee well-being and satisfaction. * Develop and implement initiatives that promote workplace hygiene, employee engagement, and retention, driving business success and growth.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGD in HR

Additional

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Time Management
