* Drive financial operations by maintaining accurate and up-to-date daily transactions, including vouchers, journals, and ledgers. * Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure seamless financial flows. * Record financial data with precision, including invoices, payments, and bank transactions. * Develop and deliver comprehensive financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to inform business decisions. * Collaborate on budget preparation and variance analysis to optimize financial performance. * Architect and maintain a robust documentation system for audit purposes, ensuring transparency and compliance. * Reconcile bank statements to guarantee accuracy and integrity of financial records. * Foster strong relationships with banking institutions to facilitate routine transactions, such as letters of credit, telegraphic transfers, and payments. * Monitor and analyze cash flow and daily bank balances to ensure liquidity and financial stability. * Champion compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and industry standards. * Support internal and external audit activities to ensure adherence to financial protocols. * Organize and maintain accurate, accessible, and secure financial records and databases. * Analyze product costs and perform financial analysis to drive business growth and profitability. * Provide support to the commercial team in export/import documentation, ensuring smooth international trade operations. * Track and manage expenses related to production and operations to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
