Manager (Marketing/ Sales) -Textile Chemical

* Spearhead sales growth by visiting and building relationships with key knitting dyeing factories that import chemicals, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue expansion. * Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. * Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote a range of textile chemicals, including brighteners, auxiliaries, and disperse dyes, that meet the highest industry standards (ZDHC v3.1, GOTS 7.0, Oeko-Tex ECO Passport). * Drive product development and innovation, focusing on specialized chemicals such as cotton and polyester optical brighteners, silicone softeners, and multi-functional auxiliaries (scouring, sequestering, fixing, soaping, anti-creasing, stabilizing, and enzyme treatments). * Architect and implement sales strategies for disperse dyes, levelling agents, and other textile chemicals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and customers, to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities. * Manage and analyze sales data, market research, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies, optimize product offerings, and drive business growth.
