* Spearhead personalized counselling sessions to empower students in exploring global study-abroad opportunities across top destinations. * Architect tailored study plans, guiding students through program selection, application submission, and documentation to ensure seamless execution. * Stay abreast of evolving university requirements, admissions protocols, and visa regulations to provide authoritative advice. * Drive exceptional customer experiences through proactive guidance, timely follow-ups, and responsive communication. * Foster strong relationships with students and stakeholders through effective phone, email, and in-person interactions. * Manage a high-volume caseload, including walk-in clients, while maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly counselling targets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and deliver engaging seminars, open houses, and promotional events that showcase study-abroad opportunities.
