• Spearhead collaboration with Buyers to drive product development, costing, and order negotiations, ensuring seamless placements and executions. • Architect business growth by analyzing yearly plans and strategic frameworks in tandem with Directors, informing data-driven decisions. • Foster innovation by closely working with Design Teams to introduce sustainable products and cutting-edge designs. • Drive end-to-end business development, from conceptualization to order execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. • Lead employee development and succession planning through ongoing training, constructive feedback, and performance coaching, propelling high-performing teams. • Develop and implement design packs and development samples for each season or phase, ensuring alignment with customer needs. • Conduct thorough feedback analysis and follow-up on customer sign-offs, refining styles and products to meet evolving demands. • Oversee sourcing of fabrics, trims, and innovative materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. • Negotiate prices and finalize costing with customers, balancing business objectives with customer satisfaction. • Manage order placement, delivery confirmation, and capacity allocation, ensuring production efficiency and meeting customer expectations. • Coordinate shipment processes and maintain open communication with customers, providing updates and resolving queries in a timely manner.
