Admissions Officer

* Drive student recruitment and outreach efforts across Bangladesh, focusing on underserved communities, to identify and engage top talent for AUW. * Architect and execute a strategic recruitment plan, leveraging information sessions, school visits, presentations, and outreach campaigns to reach prospective students, families, and community stakeholders. * Lead responsive and supportive communication, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and social media, to ensure timely and clear interactions. * Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional management, parents, and guardians, to promote AUW's mission and programs. * Collaborate with AUW's Admissions and Communications teams to develop targeted promotional materials and streamline the application process for prospective students. * Represent AUW at events, job fairs, and educational expos to raise awareness about scholarship opportunities and academic programs. * Conduct extensive outreach visits (approximately 80% of work) across Bangladesh, adapting recruitment activities to diverse stakeholders and providing counseling to prospective students and their families. * Manage a comprehensive database of prospective students, application status, and enrollment progress, and prepare periodic reports, impact assessments, and success stories to inform AUW's recruitment strategy. * Analyze and evaluate recruitment efforts to enhance outreach effectiveness, ensure diversity in student enrollment, and drive continuous improvement in AUW's admissions process.
