Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams and opportunities. * Drive customer acquisition and conversion through strategic lead generation and relationship-building efforts. * Foster and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business success. * Showcase real estate projects to prospective clients through engaging presentations, meetings, and site visits. * Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform and refine sales strategies. * Architect and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including direct, database, and telemarketing initiatives. * Leverage professional networks to amplify brand visibility, expand reach, and boost sales performance. * Maintain meticulous customer records and database systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. * Mentor and support junior team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Deliver against assigned sales targets, contributing to the achievement of overall business objectives. * Oversee client documentation, ensuring timely and efficient collection of payments and bookings. * Develop and present regular sales reports, providing actionable insights and feedback to inform management decisions. * Embrace additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management, driving business growth and excellence.
