AGM - Product Development & Merchandising

• Spearhead collaboration with Buyers to drive product development, costing, and order negotiations, ensuring seamless placements and executions. • Architect business growth by analyzing yearly plans and strategic frameworks in tandem with Directors. • Foster innovation by closely working with Design Teams to introduce sustainable products and cutting-edge designs. • Lead end-to-end business development and order execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. • Drive team performance by providing ongoing training, development, and constructive feedback, focusing on employee growth and succession planning. • Develop and implement design packs and development sample processes for each season and phase. • Conduct thorough feedback follow-ups with customers after each season, refining styles and preferences. • Oversee sourcing of fabrics, trims, and innovative developments, ensuring timely follow-ups and deliveries. • Negotiate prices and finalize costing with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. • Manage order placement, delivery confirmation, and capacity allocation, ensuring smooth production and shipment processes. • Facilitate effective customer communication and shipment processes, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
