AGM - Product Development & Merchandising

* Spearhead product development, costing, and order negotiations with Buyers to drive business growth. * Collaborate with Directors to dissect yearly business plans and strategic frameworks, informing data-driven decisions. * Partner with Design Teams to pioneer innovative and sustainable products, bringing fresh ideas to market. * Own the business development process from start to finish, ensuring seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. * Foster a high-performing team by delivering ongoing training, development, and constructive feedback, while driving succession planning. * Architect design packs and development samples for each season or phase, ensuring timely and effective product launches. * Drive customer feedback loops, soliciting input and incorporating it into product development to enhance customer satisfaction. * Lead sourcing efforts for fabrics, trims, and innovative materials, while negotiating prices and finalizing costs with customers. * Manage order placement, delivery confirmation, and capacity allocation to ensure efficient production and shipment processes. * Oversee customer communications, providing timely updates and building strong relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
