Key Responsibilities
* Drive the implementation of project activities in the designated Upazila, ensuring adherence to standards and guidance from the District Coordinator, to achieve project objectives.
* Collaborate with government health and family planning service providers, frontline supervisors, and Upazila managers to facilitate project activities and provide support as needed.
* Lead the development and execution of project plans, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and effective implementation.
* Foster strong relationships with Union Supervisors and volunteers, providing guidance, mentorship, and supportive supervision to ensure high-quality project delivery.
* Architect innovative solutions and initiatives in response to geographical dynamics, innovation, action research, documentation, and learning, to drive project success.
* Manage project resources efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget frameworks, and maintain accurate records of project activities and expenditures.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with local government institutions, private sector entities, and community organizations to leverage resources and expertise in support of project objectives.
* Facilitate the development of digital solutions related to health and family planning services, to improve health and nutrition outcomes in the project area.
* Coordinate with technical teams and consortium partners to ensure seamless project implementation and resolve any operational challenges that may arise.
* Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to ensure project goals are met.

Education
- Bachelor/Honors

- Demonstrated skill in data collection, quality control, monitoring, and assessment
- Good team building, coaching, and counseling skills
- Skilled in computer literacy, internet, and email communication
- Good understanding of and commitment to promoting Gender, Equity, and Diversity Inclusion (GEDI) related concepts, ideas, and best practices
