* Spearhead the overall strategy and operations of WINGS Learning Centre, aligning with its vision and long-term growth objectives. * Architect operational plans, setting measurable targets and business actions that drive disciplined and efficient operations across departments. * Drive business expansion by identifying new educational and commercial opportunities, developing scalable services, and converting emerging market demands into revenue-generating offerings. * Foster strategic partnerships with external institutions, negotiating business terms and ensuring commercially sound arrangements that align with organizational interests. * Propel revenue growth by setting targets, monitoring progress, and guiding the business development team to achieve smooth and effective growth. * Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial discipline, ensuring sound financial judgment and commercial discipline across business functions. * Monitor team and employee performance, providing guidance and support to address performance gaps and drive improvement. * Champion process modernization, overseeing the development and improvement of operational systems, workflows, and digital infrastructure to support future growth. * Lead marketing campaigns, promoting the company and its products, and ensuring alignment with the brand position, service priorities, and business objectives. * Develop and implement digital strategies, enhancing software, website functionality, and reporting systems to drive operational scalability and efficiency. * Collaborate with HR to design training and development plans, addressing performance gaps and supporting employee growth and development.
