Key Responsibilities
* Drive territory planning by developing a comprehensive dealer × Product × Month strategy aligned with approved budgets.
* Deliver exceptional service to dealers through timely stock supply, pricing structure explanations, and scheme implementations tailored to crop and seasonal demands.
* Manage stock levels proactively to prevent returns and ensure seamless inventory management.
* Leverage technology to update stock monitoring apps and ensure data accuracy.
* Lead credit management efforts by collecting dues within approved timeframes and adjusting credit limits based on dealer performance and requirements.
* Continuously assess and evaluate dealer performance across key parameters, including sales, product support, and payment history.
* Architect a robust dealer network by identifying high-potential partners, streamlining appointment formalities, and fostering strong relationships.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
* Collaborate with SPOs to design and implement promotional activities that drive business growth.
* Identify and engage with influential farmers to build strong relationships and stay informed about market trends.
* Organize and execute crop-cutting events to showcase products and build brand awareness.
* Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including DAE personnel, NGOs, and retailers, to promote products and expand reach.
* Supervise and guide SA/SPO activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of SAs/SPOs to drive continuous improvement.
* Gather and analyze market data, including crop acreages, territory market size, and competitor activity, to inform business decisions.
* Develop a deep understanding of farmer practices and stay up-to-date on key market information, including cropping patterns, produce prices, and government schemes.
* Propose and manage territory sales budgets to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
* Embrace a culture of adaptability and responsiveness, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduation in any discipline from a reputed university
- B.Sc. in Agriculture
