Store Officer

* Spearhead daily store operations, ensuring seamless receipt, storage, and issuance of goods * Architect and maintain accurate stock inventory systems, tracking raw materials, packaging, and finished goods * Drive adherence to FIFO principles, proper stacking, and cleanliness protocols to guarantee a safe working environment * Conduct periodic stock audits, identifying and reporting discrepancies to optimize inventory management * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, accounts, and audit * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including GRN, BIN Card, Requisition, Delivery, and Return records * Lead and manage a high-performing team of store keepers and helpers, promoting efficiency and productivity * Embrace and execute special projects and tasks as assigned by Management, driving continuous improvement and growth
