* Spearhead supply chain operations by optimizing re-order levels and ensuring seamless inventory replenishment. * Architect and execute import documentation processes, including L/C processing, banking documentation, and compliance management. * Drive shipping and logistics efforts by verifying documents, tracking shipments, and monitoring delivery timelines. * Leverage expertise in ASYCUDA WORLD Systems and HS Code classification to facilitate efficient import operations. * Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, customs officials, insurance providers, freight forwarders, and C&F agents. * Identify, negotiate, and manage supplier partnerships, while maintaining a comprehensive vendor database. * Develop and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, to inform business decisions. * Manage daily financial transactions, including imports, sales, payments, expenses, and employee compensation, using accounting software. * Ensure accurate financial record-keeping, including cash book, bank book, general ledger, and financial register maintenance. * Coordinate accounting-related documentation and compliance with government and non-government entities. * Stay up-to-date on VAT and tax regulations, ensuring timely online submissions and adherence to relevant procedures.
