* Architect and deliver a comprehensive 3-month curriculum for JLPT N5 and N4 levels, driving student success and exam readiness. * Design and implement engaging lesson plans, assessments, and materials that meet JLPT and NAT standards, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement. * Develop and maintain a range of academic resources, including: * Weekly class schedules and lesson plans * Quizzes, short tests, and monthly evaluation tests * Final mock tests to prepare students for JLPT/NAT exams * Lead interview preparation sessions, focusing on: * Cultural orientation and awareness * Workplace language and etiquette * Mock interview practice to build student confidence * Foster partnerships with institutions and organizations to support student migration processes. * Drive student motivation, discipline, and attendance, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Manage timely and accurate monthly progress reports, ensuring data-driven insights for stakeholders. * Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect, avoiding conflicts of interest and misconduct. * Participate in academic, training, and cultural events, representing the institute with expertise and enthusiasm. * Embody a student-centric approach, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure students achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.
