Field Assistant, Child Protection, HCMP

* Drive the implementation of child protection services by conducting life skills-based sessions, psychological support sessions, and outreach activities for adolescents. * Foster connections with children, adolescents, and community members through regular home visits, identifying and registering eligible individuals for services. * Deliver centre-based and home-based sessions on life skills, psychological support, social cohesion, and resilience, while maintaining attendance records and conducting regular follow-ups. * Lead monthly meetings with youth groups, adolescent groups, and community-based child protection committee members to reinforce child protection activities. * Empower children with knowledge on protection and self-care, and develop the capacity of volunteers working in child and adolescent centres. * Manage timely reporting to relevant authorities on programme activities and maintain accurate records of daily programme status. * Ensure seamless alignment of child protection initiatives with BRAC's policies and procedures. * Champion safeguarding practices to prevent harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse, among programme participants and team members. * Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding, promoting a safe working environment and encouraging the implementation of safeguarding standards in all actions. * Implement and promote safeguarding policies, reporting procedures, and standards, ensuring a culture of safety and accountability within the organisation.
