* Design and deliver comprehensive educational programs, including course outlines, calendars, and lesson plans, to engage students and drive academic success. * Lead theoretical, tutorial, and practical classes, as well as extension teaching, research initiatives, and cooperative field experiences, to foster a holistic learning environment. * Assess student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of their achievements and development. * Mentor and guide students in their academic pursuits, providing support and supervision both in and out of the classroom. * Identify and address individual students' academic challenges, developing targeted solutions to ensure their success and well-being. * Drive student growth and achievement by taking on additional responsibilities and initiatives as assigned by the authority.
