Key Responsibilities
* Drive the identification and support of vulnerable children, delivering high-quality case management services to enhance their well-being and development.
* Architect and maintain robust filing and record-keeping systems, ensuring seamless audit and reference processes.
* Develop and manage reporting systems, including internal MIS, donor reports, dashboards, and situation reports, to inform data-driven decision-making.
* Oversee the preparation and submission of timely, accurate, and high-quality reports, including monthly, quarterly, and donor reports.
* Establish and maintain a structured documentation system, including proper archiving of reports, case studies, lessons learned, and technical documents.
* Identify operational gaps, risks, and implementation challenges, and provide actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
* Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including programme, IM, M&E, supply chain, finance, admin, and procurement, to ensure integrated programme implementation.
* Facilitate effective communication with donors, partners, and stakeholders through accurate reporting, documentation, and information sharing.
* Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of programme participants, team members, and stakeholders from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.
* Embed safeguarding policies and standards into everyday operations, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
* Provide expert guidance and support on safeguarding, encouraging a safe working environment and adherence to reporting procedures in the event of incidents.

Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Development Studies, Business Administration, English, Urban and Regional Planning, or any other relevant discipline
