Key Responsibilities

* Drive accurate and efficient data entry of raw materials, packaging materials, and stationery items into the system software, ensuring timely and precise record-keeping. * Reconcile Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) with purchase bills, delivery challans, and supplier invoices to guarantee seamless transactions. * Validate bills and system entries against company procedures and policies, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards. * Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoice details, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. * Architect material requirements from the Production Department, processing and recording issue entries in the system to facilitate smooth operations. * Oversee and record all raw material and packaging material receipts and warehouse issues, based on approved requisitions, to maintain inventory accuracy. * Collect, maintain, and organize material samples and Certificates of Analysis (COA) from vendors, as required by the QA Department, to ensure quality control. * Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, Accounts, Production, and QA, to ensure streamlined material and data flow. * Lead the maintenance of casual manpower rosters and shift duty records related to store operations, ensuring efficient workforce management. * Champion data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company data control and documentation policies, upholding the highest standards of data governance. * Prioritize team member safety and well-being, promoting a secure working environment and implementing safeguarding policies to prevent harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation. * Develop and implement safeguarding standards, providing guidance, support, and expertise to establish a safe and respectful work environment. * Encourage and endorse safeguarding practices among team members, ensuring the implementation of safeguarding policies in all aspects of work. * Activate the safeguarding reporting procedure in response to reportable incidents, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability. * Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

Education

  • H.S.C with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 or the equivalent of a second class/division

Additional

  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to contribute effectively as part of a team, be flexible, and multitask
  • Sound knowledge about file management
  • Ability to demonstrate safeguarding ethics and integrity
  • Ability to think strategically and carry out assigned tasks independently
