Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to attract top talent and drive business growth.
• Champion data integrity by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Design and deliver seamless onboarding, orientation, and exit experiences that foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Drive performance excellence by supporting KPI tracking, appraisals, and feedback cycles that promote employee growth and development.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by staying abreast of company policies and local labor laws, mitigating risks and ensuring adherence.
• Architect payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management processes that prioritize efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional employee support by addressing queries, resolving grievances, and navigating disciplinary matters with empathy and fairness.
• Curate engaging employee experiences through the design and delivery of training, development programs, and activities that boost morale and retention.
• Develop and present insightful HR reports that inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment that supports business objectives.
• Strategically manage office resources, including supplies, assets, and vendor partnerships, to optimize costs and productivity.
• Lead facility management initiatives, including maintenance, security, and utilities, to create a safe and healthy work environment.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics with precision, ensuring seamless staff mobility and minimizing disruptions.
• Supervise and develop support staff, empowering them to deliver exceptional service and support to the organization.
• Establish and maintain rigorous office policies, procedures, and compliance standards that prioritize governance and risk management.
• Orchestrate corporate events, meetings, and internal communications that foster collaboration, engagement, and cultural alignment.
• Prioritize workplace safety and well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment that supports employee health and productivity.
