Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets for services, treatments, and products, while monitoring daily sales performance and conversion rates to optimize results. * Lead and execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to boost revenue and foster strong client relationships, ensuring seamless client engagement and revenue growth. * Spearhead the Front Desk and Sales Team, providing guidance and supervision to ensure exceptional customer experiences and high-performance sales results. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Doctors, Medical Assistants, and Beauticians, to deliver cohesive and premium services, while conducting daily briefings and performance reviews to drive team excellence. * Architect and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance team members' product knowledge, consultation skills, and sales techniques, cultivating a customer-focused work culture. * Oversee the entire client journey, from initial entry to service completion, ensuring a smooth, premium experience that meets the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction. * Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, driving retention and repeat visits through personalized engagement and tailored services. * Manage daily centre operations, ensuring seamless consultation, treatment, and service scheduling, while maintaining a clean, disciplined, and brand-compliant environment. * Enforce company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guaranteeing consistency and excellence in all aspects of centre operations. * Foster close collaboration with Clinical and Support Teams to deliver services that meet client needs, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments for smooth service delivery. * Support treatment planning and service bundling to drive sales results, while providing expert guidance on product and service offerings to enhance client experiences. * Oversee inventory management for skincare, haircare, supplements, and retail products, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Marketing
