* Drive exceptional client experiences through professional and polite communication, ensuring seamless interactions via phone, email, and digital platforms. * Lead incoming and outgoing calls, responding to client inquiries, and providing timely follow-ups to confirm appointments, reschedule bookings, and gather feedback. * Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and follow-ups, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reminders and confirmations. * Architect effective digital communication strategies, responding promptly to client messages on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and providing accurate information on services, offers, and packages. * Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and suggesting relevant services or packages to drive sales and conversion. * Collaborate with internal teams, including Front Desk, Doctors, Medical Assistants, Beauticians, and Management, to ensure smooth service delivery, coordinate appointments, and address client concerns. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of So A-ri's services, treatments, packages, promotions, and booking processes, providing accurate information to clients and supporting the sales team. * Drive sales growth by encouraging clients to book services, creating interest in packages, and providing exceptional support to the sales team and front desk. * Manage and resolve client complaints, issues, or problems in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring timely updates and resolutions. * Analyze client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall client experience and drive business growth. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups, ensuring data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
