Sr. Executive - Accounts & VAT (Factory)

Financial Accounting & Management:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable). • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage factory petty cash. • Oversee Raw Material Procurement accounting (specifically for scrap plastic collection and supplier payments). • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. VAT & Tax Compliance:• Support monthly VAT and Income Tax filings • Maintain tax documents for audit and regulatory purposes • Handle VAT operations: upload purchase/sales data and import (LC) costing • Prepare Mushak forms (6.3, 6.6, 6.10) and support 4.3 & 9.1) • Review vendor bills and ensure proper TDS & VDS deduction • Prepare VAT challans, as per compliance with NBR regulations • Prepare treasury challans and deposit to bank • Assist in Withholding Tax and Corporate Tax return preparation • Prepare daily vouchers, journal entries, and account reconciliations • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Monitor accounts payable and receivable transactions • Maintain financial records and documentation • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
