Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly capable Architect to join our team immediately and take ownership of ongoing interior and architectural projects.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead projects from concept to execution• Develop design concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors• Ensure design quality and practical execution on site• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects

- Ability to handle responsibility independently
- Experience in client-facing roles
- Strong visualization/rendering skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Understanding of real-world execution, including coordination with contractors and vendors
- Familiarity with how the design and build process works
