Deputy Manager - Recruitment

We are seeking an intelligent, dynamic, diligent, and goal-oriented member for this role in order to support its further growth.• Coordination with recruitment team for recruiting & placement of potential candidate as per Plan.• Maintain compensation and benefits structure of the company and undertake all related activities as per the company Policy.• Ensure effective implementation of disciplinary and grievance procedures for all.• Prepare plan and implement a recruitment and selection program in line with the company policy and procedure.• Ensure employees compensation management system.• Ensure congenial IR (industrial relations) environment in the company and provide appropriate advices while dealing with workers` representatives.• Liaison and deal with different garment and non -garment organization like BGMEA, Labor Low.• Look after the worker related legal affairs.• To improve workers and management relationship, communication with workers & staffs, attend participation committee meeting and safeguard the facility against labor unrest and conflict.• Any other job assign by the management.
