Executive - IT & MIS

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to office users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, software, and network services. • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner. • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment. • Assist in LAN/WAN connectivity setup and perform basic network troubleshooting when required. • Install and configure network devices such as switches, routers, and access points under guidance. • Perform routine servicing tasks including firmware updates, basic configuration changes, and equipment maintenance. • Assist in applying system updates, security patches, and configuration changes on Windows and Linux systems. • Perform scheduled backups of system configurations and ensure data safety procedures are followed. • Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other office security systems. • Respond to service requests and maintain accurate records in the IT ticketing system. • Assist senior IT team members during system upgrades, maintenance activities, and new technology deployments. • Provide basic user support for collaboration tools such as email, Outlook, Teams, and other office applications. • Maintain proper documentation of hardware inventory, configurations, and completed service activities.
