Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager (Quality)

• Technical Audit• Quality Manual Develop, implement, and maintain QA policies, SOPs, and quality control protocols. ​Lead and mentor the QA, QC, and technical teams, providing training and performance evaluations.• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues.• ​Manage product testing, inspection procedures, and technical evaluations throughout production stages.• Collaborate with production, R&D, sourcing, and merchandising teams to ensure technical accuracy and quality consistency.• Review and approve technical specifications, BOM, samples, and pre-production documents.• Ensure compliance with industry standards, buyer requirements, and regulatory guidelines.• Monitor supplier quality performance and conduct technical audits when required.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing defects, improving efficiency, and enhancing product quality.• Prepare and present quality reports, KPIs, and improvement plans to senior management.• ​Handle customer complaints by conducting investigations and ensuring timely resolution.• Supervise team members, provide guidance, and support training and performance development initiatives.• Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure all processes are aligned with company policies, standards, and strategic objectives.• Lead problem-solving activities, conduct root cause analysis, and support the implementation of corrective actions.• Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. Prepare and review reports, dashboards, and documentation for management decision-making.• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards relevant to the department.• Support resource planning, workload distribution, and performance tracking.​​Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
