Laboratory Technician

There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB Hospital, Parbatipur, Dinajpur. Job Summary: Responsible for performing laboratory all procedures, including analyzing samples. Ensure high-quality service and functions. Supervise Lab assistant, keeping accurate records and giving good service to the patient care. JOB Duties:• Performs all types of laboratory procedures maintaining with QC as consistent with training and experience. • Assists in all non-technical aspects of laboratory works such as collecting and labeling specimens, record keeping, cleaning the working area, washing materials, pipetting, dispensing and measuring etc. as necessary. • Maintains an active interest in learning and participates in teaching sessions as possible. • Assists in supervising and teaching laboratory assistants and others. • Maintains confidentiality regarding patient reports and a patient helpful attitude in • Prepare necessary reagents and chemical for investigation • Assists to prepare duty roster, monthly and annual report • Must be flexible to obtain any other duties as required by the Laboratory Supervisor
