Site Engineer (Interior)

Job Context We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer (Interior) who can bridge the gap between creative interior design and structural execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our innovative concepts are built to perfection, on time, and within budget. ​Job Responsibilities• ​Supervise all civil and interior fit-out works, ensuring strict adherence to architectural and structural drawings.• ​Monitor daily site progress and manage subcontractors, carpenters, and specialized technicians.• ​Conduct precise layouts for partitions, ceilings, flooring, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) points.• ​Maintain a high standard of finishing work and perform quality checks on all incoming materials.• ​Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities), daily labor reports, and material consumption statements.• ​Ensure site safety protocols and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
