Key Responsibilities
• Drive customer engagement through outbound calls to USA and Canada, navigating diverse topics and scripts to deliver exceptional service.
• Uncover customer needs, resolve queries, and provide tailored solutions through meticulous research and effective communication.
• Architect sales strategies to promote services and products over the phone, aligning with provided instructions and guidelines.
• Manage accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions within the call center database.
• Lead personal and team performance by consistently meeting and exceeding qualitative and quantitative targets.

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
- Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email etc.
