Deputy Manager/ Manager - Human Resources (Factory Operations)

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager / Manager - HR to lead our Barishal Factory HR team. If you are a driven, decisive, and dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make an impact!• Oversee all HR operations at the Barishal Factory, including Onboarding & Offboarding procedures, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Disciplinary Procedure, etc.• Develop and implement HR Policies and SOPs that align with the company’s objectives.• Manage labor relations, address employee grievances, and ensure a positive & productive work environment.• Lead employee engagement initiatives to promote team building, morale, and retention.• Collaborate with department heads to ensure workforce requirements are met.• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.• Provide leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in HR practices, including training, talent development, and succession planning.
