Key Responsibilities
* Drive administrative excellence by overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless execution, and maintaining compliance across all corporate office functions.
* Lead canteen management, focusing on timely, hygienic, and cost-effective food services, while managing vendor contracts and conducting regular kitchen and dining area inspections.
* Architect and implement efficient housekeeping and facility management strategies, supervising teams, monitoring daily service requirements, and coordinating maintenance and minor repairs.
* Manage travel desk operations, arranging air tickets, hotel bookings, and itineraries, while maintaining accurate travel records, approvals, and budgets.
* Navigate regulatory complexities by securing and renewing licenses, managing expatriate administrative services, and maintaining up-to-date documentation and records with government authorities.
* Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for foreign guests and team members, coordinating logistics for official visits and corporate events, and ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
* Foster a culture of operational efficiency, leveraging strong leadership and vendor management skills to drive results and support business growth.
