Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead recruitment efforts, architecting strategies to attract top talent and driving the entire hiring process from planning to onboarding.
* Develop and execute innovative recruitment plans to tap into the Bangladesh job market, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
* Foster a strong employer brand, cultivating a positive reputation and increasing organizational visibility to attract and retain top performers.
* Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless HR operations, rigorous security compliance, and meticulous documentation.
* Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, driving retention and promoting a culture of productivity, collaboration, and job satisfaction.
* Address employee concerns with professionalism, empathy, and fairness, upholding organizational integrity and confidentiality.
* Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs, coordinating structured learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
* Orchestrate effective onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
* Support leadership development and succession planning, driving initiatives that foster growth, talent development, and future-ready leadership.
* Uphold workplace discipline, ensuring adherence to company policies, Bangladesh labor regulations, and international standards.
* Mentor and coach new talent, providing guidance on performance expectations, company protocols, and cultural values to drive professional growth and success.

Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
