AGM - Marketing (Tenders & Government Liaison)

* Spearhead the development and execution of the company's B2G project acquisition strategy, driving growth through public and private bidding. * Bridge the gap between technical cost estimation and strategic government relations, ensuring 100% compliance with the Public Procurement Rules (PPR) of Bangladesh and specific agency requirements. * Lead the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying and collecting tender information to post-bid follow-up, including technical clarifications, negotiation support, and post-mortem analysis. * Architect and implement a winning bid strategy, conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimation to ensure competitive yet profitable bids. * Drive the preparation of comprehensive technical and financial tender documents, overseeing the submission process and ensuring timely and compliant delivery. * Foster and manage key government relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for government bodies and ensuring the submission of company credentials, annual renewals, and pre-qualification documents. * Ensure legal and statutory compliance, preparing, reviewing, and submitting essential legal documents, including company trade licenses, tax certificates, and bank guarantees. * Monitor and analyze market trends, tracking changes in Bangladesh's engineering bidding market, Public Procurement Act (PPA), and tax/duty revisions to inform the company's decision-making. * Develop and maintain a digital library of past bids, credentials, and project completion certificates, expediting future submissions and driving process efficiency. * Analyze competitor activities, successful bid prices, and joint venture trends, providing actionable insights to drive the company's growth and competitiveness.
