Key Responsibilities
• Architect and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and surpass targets
• Lead and motivate a high-performing online sales team to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
• Oversee and optimize multi-channel sales operations across Facebook, websites, and online marketplaces
• Drive conversion rate optimization through data-driven insights and daily sales performance analysis
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch targeted campaigns, promotions, and offers
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving queries, addressing complaints, and ensuring seamless issue resolution
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and emerging opportunities
• Develop and present actionable sales reports to management, providing daily, weekly, and monthly performance updates and recommendations
