Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by greeting guests, managing seating arrangements, and ensuring seamless service execution. * Drive order accuracy and timeliness by efficiently taking orders and coordinating with the service team. * Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. * Champion high-standard service delivery, consistently exceeding customer expectations. * Oversee the performance of waiters and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service. * Architect duty schedules, optimizing staffing levels to meet business demands. * Develop and train new staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. * Manage floor operations with precision, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience. * Ensure impeccable table settings and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. * Foster collaboration between the kitchen and service teams, streamlining communication to deliver exceptional results. * Monitor and control order processing, verifying accuracy and timeliness to prevent errors. * Oversee billing and payment processes, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for customers.
