* Architect duty schedules, optimizing staffing levels to meet business demands.
* Develop and train new staff members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
* Manage floor operations with precision, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
* Ensure impeccable table settings and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
* Foster collaboration between the kitchen and service teams, streamlining communication to deliver exceptional results.
* Monitor and control order processing, verifying accuracy and timeliness to prevent errors.
* Oversee billing and payment processes, ensuring seamless and secure transactions for customers.
