Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new freight forwarding opportunities in import/export markets. * Spearhead the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals that meet revenue targets. * Foster strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits, presentations, and rate negotiations, ensuring high service satisfaction and loyalty. * Develop and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless cargo movement and exceptional customer experiences. * Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue growth. * Architect marketing strategies and campaigns that promote freight forwarding services and drive brand awareness. * Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs. * Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions, to engage target audiences and expand the company's online presence. * Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and customer proposals, that showcase the company's services and value proposition. * Represent the company at industry trade shows, logistics exhibitions, and networking events to build relationships, generate leads, and promote the brand. * Support brand-building activities and maintain a strong market presence, reinforcing the company's position as a trusted and innovative logistics partner.

Education

  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Additional

  • Only Male
  • Strong understanding of international freight operations: Air, Sea, Road, Customs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
