Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead sales growth of Alkaline Water, Natural Mineral Water, and Packaged Drinking Water under the SAKURA and SAMURAI brands, driving exponential expansion. * Architect and execute strategies to establish new dealer points, retailers, and corporate clients, while demarcating areas for optimal coverage. * Drive repeat sales and stock replenishment across all client segments, ensuring consistent market presence. * Conduct regular market visits to gather competitive intelligence, monitor product displays, and enforce hygiene standards. * Identify and report non-saleable, damaged, or short-dated products, enabling prompt corrective action. * Deliver on-the-job training to dealers and retailers, enhancing their product knowledge and promotional capabilities. * Generate daily sales reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. * Compile and share customer feedback, informing product development and improvement initiatives. * Monitor competitor programs, analyzing market trends and opportunities. * Lead retailers in achieving monthly sales targets, ensuring alignment with company objectives. * Manage party balances, communicating quantities, values, and other essential information to the sales team. * Coordinate sales meetings, preparing internal and external communications, notices, and meeting minutes in a timely manner. * Troubleshoot field force issues, collaborating with superiors to resolve incentives, attendance, and leave-related matters. * Track field force attendance, mobilizing teams and ensuring punctuality. * Prepare monthly attendance reports, maintain leave records, and support HR in salary and TA/DA sheet preparation. * Develop analytical reports (sales targets, achievements, activity reports, and KPIs) to inform sales and distribution strategies. * Perform additional duties as assigned by superiors, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to company goals.

Education

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (Major in Marketing preferred)

Additional

  • Only Male
  • Good command of computer and English and Bangla languages
  • Own transport like bike or car is preferable
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, Career focused
