Assistant Manager (Sales-Cum-Operation)

* Drive business expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams, managing key accounts, and optimizing freight forwarding services. * Spearhead sales growth by developing and executing strategic plans to achieve local and international business objectives. * Foster strong relationships with local and international customers, agents, and suppliers through effective communication and proactive follow-up. * Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including suppliers, factories, and shipping lines, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. * Manage port and depot operations by maintaining strong relationships with key departments and staff. * Ensure accurate and timely submission of electronic customs declarations for ocean shipments. * Leverage expertise in ocean import and export operations to drive process improvements and optimize shipment management. * Verify the accuracy and completeness of shipment documents to ensure compliance and minimize errors. * Prepare and execute critical documents, including house bills of lading, manifests, invoices, and electronic data interchange (EDI) submissions.
