CAD & Consumption Executive

• Drive accurate consumption planning by leveraging tech packs and measurement charts to inform fabric and trim requirements. • Architect consumption strategies for sample, size set, and bulk production, ensuring precise calculations and optimal resource allocation. • Conduct thorough fabric analysis, considering factors such as width, shrinkage, GSM, repeat, and type to inform consumption calculations. • Lead the optimization of marker efficiency, minimizing fabric waste and maximizing productivity. • Deliver critical consumption data to Merchandising teams, enabling informed costing and price negotiation decisions. • Manage and maintain comprehensive consumption records and reports, providing actionable insights for management review. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Pattern, IE, Planning, and Cutting, to ensure consumption accuracy and alignment. • Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management, driving business objectives and process improvements.
