• Spearhead fabric sourcing initiatives, collaborating with mills and dyers to design innovative products. • Drive global procurement of bulk fabrics, negotiating with domestic and international suppliers. • Leverage in-depth knowledge of fabric construction and composition to inform strategic decisions. • Conduct rigorous color testing and laboratory dip approvals to ensure quality standards. • Provide expert technical support, analyzing fibers, fabrics, and finishes to optimize performance. • Oversee prototype production, scrutinizing knitting, dyeing, and finishing processes to identify potential issues. • Champion timely delivery of ordered fabrics, maintaining close relationships with suppliers through proactive follow-up and communication.
