* Spearhead IT operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure seamless technology integration and alignment with global standards. * Mentor and supervise the IT Associate, fostering a culture of excellence and driving high-performance outcomes. * Drive IT governance, security, and compliance, ensuring adherence to international operational requirements and ISO 27001:2022 information security practices. * Architect and implement infrastructure development strategies, conducting periodic system reviews and providing expert recommendations for improvement. * Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity and ISP performance across all office locations, mitigating risks and optimizing technology support. * Lead IT risk management, data protection, and business continuity planning, advising management on strategic initiatives and best practices. * Manage IT documentation, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and compliance checklists, ensuring accuracy and completeness. * Champion the adoption of new technologies, providing technical direction and expertise to drive innovation and growth. * Conduct regular audits of IT equipment, systems security, and operational readiness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate with management and departments to ensure seamless technology support across locations, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. * Develop and submit structured monthly IT status and advisory reports, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to management.
