Key Responsibilities
* Drive exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
* Deliver accurate and timely product information, including pricing and availability, to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and technical, to address customer requirements and ensure seamless support.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through personalized engagement and proactive communication.
* Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
* Manage and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.

* Provide exceptional support to showroom or office visitors, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
